Supporting the ambitions of Lumata is the strong private equity backing of Francisco Partners, an experienced technology investor in high growth sectors, as well as existing investment from Buongiorno SpA.

Lumata hits the ground running with a starting annual turnover in excess of €50 million, a global footprint with 15 offices and more than 500 employees. Lumata’s extensive client portfolio already includes tier one operators such as Orange, T-Mobile, Telecom Italia Mobile, Verizon, Airtel, MTS & Telefonica as well as blue chip brands such as Nestle, P&G, HP, and the Espresso Group.

The Management team at Lumata consists of all the senior executives from Buongiorno’s B2B divisions, led by Thomas Enraght-Moony. Thomas is a former Clearwire executive and CEO of Match.com, bringing proven leadership experience and a strong track record of helping companies grow and innovate in fast growing markets.
